Made in the Valley
At Cuyahoagies, we believe food should feel familiar — made with pride, rooted in place, and shared with good people.
Born on the banks of the Cuyahoga River, our food trailer brings the flavors and stories of Northeast Ohio to every stop along the way.
We source our meats, cheeses, and breads from trusted local vendors and make all of our sauces, dressings, and condiments in-house. Each sandwich, sausage, soup and salad we serve is crafted with care — a tribute to the people and places that make this region so special.
Our Story
Cuyahoagies started with one simple idea: to bring the taste and spirit of Northeast Ohio together under one bun.
Our name honors the river that runs through our communities — a symbol of resilience, renewal, and the flow of local life.
Every stop we make is a chance to celebrate the people, places, and pride that define our region. Whether you find us parked downtown, near the park, or at your favorite festival, we’re here to serve honest, handmade food — and a little hometown spirit.
